About the u3a Movement

The Third Age Trust (TAT)

This is the national charity that supports the 1,000+ u3as that make up the UK-wide u3a movement. The Trust provides advice, guidance and training to u3as and their committees, to help them have the greatest impact locally.
Nationally, they host online events and activities and support u3as in setting up new interest groups through a team of Subject Advisers.
They also seek to raise the profile of the u3a movement, developing partnerships and running promotional campaigns for the benefit of the membership.
